Time and Location
All entries must be submitted on-site on Friday, September 26th from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Scarecrow Square Entertainment Tent

Winners will be announced that evening at 8:30 PM, just before the Merchant Drawings at the Entertainment Tent.
